During the retreat, I will lead you through powerful mindset coaching, helping you align your personal and professional visions. My approach will support you in breaking through mental barriers, business blocks to gain clarity, and feel inspired to move forward in your business and life.
Holistic Therapies with Nilanthi: Not only will you fall in love with Nilanthi in about 3 seconds flat, you will be soothed by her calming nature and be warmed by her giggle, then she'll work her magic on you slowly with her natural way of being but back it up by using her knowledge and skills she's developed over the past 25 years, As a Holistic Counsellor and Mentor she uses this insight and spiritual wisdom to serve others specialising in trauma, support, and holistic therapies. At the retreat, Nilanthi will guide you through healing therapies designed to foster personal growth, balance, and well-being. With a nurturing and holistic approach, she will help you reconnect with your inner self and support your journey toward emotional and mental balance.
