Our studio space is availale for hire and is suitable for anything from photoshoots to workshops, pop-ups and private functions - the sky really is the limit!

Our beautiful 150sqm space is located in an iconic Inner West creative hub of Precinct 75.

Hire the Studio for its unique industrial character,  white walls and floors, unique prop collection,  studio equipment and fully stocked industrial kitchen. Move in because you cant bare to leave.

Work from home and need a change of scenery ? You can come work from the TLSE space to connect with other creatives, be inspired and get on with the job.

On any given day the space has different creatives working in it so it is the perfect alternative to working from home.

The space lends itself to so many uses, you need to come see it for yourself.

Props are included with studio hire.

We are always building to our studio collection, and currently have the following:

• 1 x extra large studio divider on wheels (black one side, white the other)

• Selection of other studio dividers (white)

• Various studio backgrounds (able to be painted in colour of your choice)

• 1 C-stand

• Trestle legs

• Various table tops

• Various stools

• TLSE Prop Library: incl. a hand picked, original collection of ceramics, vases, cutlery and other props

• Clothing Rack

• Steamer

• Various potted plants

• Lights available at an extra cost - please enquire separately.

• Prep Kitchen

• Entertainers size fridge

RATES

HALF DAY [0-4HRS]: FROM $350.00 ( subject to final inclusions)

FULL DAY [4-8HRS]: FROM $450.00 ( subject to final inclusions)

Bump In and Bump Out fees apply for access before 8am, and closure after 6pm.
