Westward American Single Malt Pinot Noir Cask Finish is made from scratch in their Portland distillery - so this limited edition bottle has travelled all the way from the USA. Once the malt is fully matured, it's aged for 19 months in French Oak wine casks, which once held pinot noir from Suzor Wines - their partner in this limited edition creation. Suzor Wines is a legendary producer in the Willamette Valley, Oregon's highly regarded winemaking region (how we wish we could visit...!). With such high regard for authenticity, the partnership lends itself to an elegant expression of a bold and robust whiskey - perfect to enjoy with your fave antipasto platter.

Tasting Notes:

Indulge the senses in aromatic plum, apricot, and rich chocolate ganache. The palate will sing from golden delicious apple, plantain and nutmeg. Finally, finish on a high with rich raisin, dark orchard fruit, and sweet malt.
