BUTTER ME UP

It's no secret around TLSE HQ that I love my fair share of butter; it could be confused with a spreading of cheese.

If I'm going to have butter it's going to be worth it; it's caked on so that you can get the full taste, texture and salty enjoyment from every mouthful.

A buzz word of late, with the likes of Pepe Saya turning butter into a weekly "must have" on the shopping list, we thought we'd take the opportunity to explore the delicious varieties it comes in. And what we discovered we delighted in. From hand churned, to raw, tinned butter and packaging worthy of adorning the shelves of any fridge, we got them all.
