As we step into another Christmas, with expectations and family politics ahead, we decided to keep our Christmas gatherings simple this year. We made it about our favourite people, delicious food, but most of all about spending time together by the sea to recharge and reboot. Our team packed up and headed to one of our favourite places, Pearl Beach.

Nostalgic games of cricket on the beach, synonymous with a good old Aussie Christmas, sun on your face, long walks on the beach collecting shells until the sun goes down.

We've captured what that means to us. We show you how to cook the perfect Pescatarian Christmas feast and a beautiful effortless setting that will have the neighbours peeking over the fence begging for an invite.
