THIS IS ME
Heidi Albertiri
Once upon a time, a creative soul embarked on a journey through the realms of design and storytelling. With each chapter of her career, she wove together threads of learning, excitement, innovation and expertise, creating a tapestry of experiences that led her to this very moment.

With 30 years of experience, I have run my own businesses and assisted in driving growth for many businesses in the lifestyle, interiors, food, beauty, wellness, and fashion industries.

My journey began in the vibrant world of flowers, where I discovered my love of beautiful things, at 19 I founded and nurtured my first store that became renowned for delivering unique designs at the forefront of a stale industry, I went on to orchestrate weddings and events for wonderful clients, including some special A listers.
This early chapter instilled in me a deep understanding of the importance of aesthetics, organisation, and the art of storytelling through design—skills that would become the foundation of my future endeavours. 25 years later, the next chapter took me to the heart of the editorial world, where I spent five transformative years at Home Beautiful Magazine.
Starting as a stylist, I was entrusted with minor shoots, eventually rising to the position of Style Editor where I could have an impact on the magazine’s aesthetic. My role was a blend of creativity and strategy, two things that have served me well and I love, I was responsible for maintaining and evolving the magazine's visual identity through large-scale editorial shoots, content planning, and strategic development. I was the conductor of concept development, leading photoshoots from inception to execution, sourcing locations, selecting props, and ensuring every detail aligned with the magazine’s vision. My days were filled with collaboration—working closely with the editor-in-chief, writers, designers, and PR agencies to bring stories to life.
My time at Home Beautiful honed my ability to stay ahead of trends, maintain industry relationships, and represent the magazine at exclusive events. It was a role that required adaptability, multitasking, and a deep understanding of the ever-evolving worlds of design.
Each shoot was a new story, each page a new adventure, and I loved every moment of crafting these visual narratives. It was all new to me and finding new ways to extend my creative expertise was an exciting journey that was unfolding.
But like any good story, mine was destined to evolve. Armed with the skills and insights I had gained, I founded The Life Style Edit, a content agency, I guided my team through the creation and execution of content across all aspects of business—editorial, website design, brand-specific projects, social media campaigns, marketing and more. I was at the helm of every project, from concept to execution, ensuring that every piece of content was not only aesthetically exceptional but also strategically impactful.

Today I have come full circle, working solo again and focusing on working with business one on one.

The journey continues.
